Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days.

If we experience a high volume of orders, the shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

** Due to high order volume during the holidays, there may be carrier shipping delays, which are, unfortunately, out of our control.  Please place your orders with enough time to ensure delivery for gifting. Gentlesoft is doing everything in its power to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we appreciate your understanding.**

*Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.*

When will I receive my shipment?

We are based in Florida. To keep you updated, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Customers can choose from a variety of shipping options, with costs and fees determined by their location. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Address

We are responsible for shipping your accepted order to the address you provide during checkout. Please double-check that the address is accurate before submitting your order, as we cannot change the delivery address once your order is placed.

International Shipping

International Shipments are subject to customs clearing procedures, which may cause delays in overall shipping time.

For orders placed outside the United States, customs duties, local taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges will be the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

If the order is undeliverable or the customer refuses delivery, the customer will take charge of all duties, taxes, and shipping costs.

International Returns are not eligible for free returns, exchanges, shipping costs, taxes, or duty refunds.
