Returns

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Gentlesoft is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

Refunds
